Founder and Senior Facilitator
Eddy is a writer and an adviser in conflict management.
He has supported the development of conflict prevention policy in Parliament (2006-16); worked with the Commonwealth Secretariat, OSCE, the British Army and the Swedish Armed Forces; been a visiting lecturer at the UK Defence Academy and a member of the Chief of Defence Staff’s Strategy Forum; and co-led the international civil-military initiative ‘Understand to Prevent’, which produced practical guidance on the military contribution to the prevention of violent conflict.
Eddy has also written best-selling books and award-winning TV dramas and is a Samaritans listening volunteer.
Founder and Senior Facilitator
Peter teaches the skills of conversation to people of all ages, in schools, businesses, local authorities, charities and social enterprises.
He has produced a wide range of educational resources and delivered workshops and professional development programmes for a variety of organisations including British Telecom, the Communication Trust, The Stephen Lawrence Trust and Essex County Council.
Peter is also a visiting lecturer at the University of London and a trustee of the bereavement charity The Loss Foundation.
Senior Coach and Facilitator
Ben has combined a career in the cinema and theatre industry with extensive experience of social entreprises and the 4th Sector.
He owns the Prince Charles Cinema in Central London as well as Singalonga Productions, a company that produces Singalonga films and theatre events around the world.
Ben co-founded Bubble Chamber CIC to offer its unique business coaching approach to help leaders grow their organisations and has worked with a variety of organisations including Buurtzorg UK & Ireland, Big Education, Can Mezzanine, HM Pasties, Social Minds, Social Misfits and CDS Co-operatives.
Senior Coach and Facilitator
Craig co-founded Bubble Chamber CIC with Ben in 2014 and has 21 years experience working as a business coach, consultant, non-exec and advisor across a range of different sectors – charity, social enterprise, NGO, SME and finance (specialising in Insolvency and business turnaround).
Previously Craig worked at Social Enterprise UK (SEUK), where he was Head of Operations, and at Pilotlight where he developed over 30 strategic plans for charities and social enterprises, matching directors of those organisations with teams of senior business people from the corporate world.
Craig also has experience of setting up SMEs in the Education sector and overseas in Malawi. Craig has an MBA and BSc in Economics and is an accredited practitioner for Strategy on a Page, Harrison Assessments and Talent Dynamics, with a certificate in coaching and MSP qualification in programme management.
E-Learning and Project Management
Jubilee has an MEng in Design & Innovation from Goldsmiths and Queen Mary, Universities of London. She has extensive experience in web and learning design, having worked with Bubble Chamber, Survival International, Unseen Tours and Rights for Peace. She is also a B Leader, qualified to help organisations certify as B Corps.
